Inu & Neko: The Kiretsu menace

Setting

Japan, dark alley, year 2143.

Very old rival gangs, cats and dogs fight for control of the street. Our two heroes Inu and Neko know only that. Until the arrival of the lizards. They managed to defeat the old gangs and take control.
However our friends don't give up, they decide to join forces to defeat the lizards.
Will the speed of Neko and the power of Inu be enough to counter the lizards and take back what belongs to them?

What kind of game ?

This is a 2 player local coop fighting game. It's a bit hard, so you realy have to rely on resurrecting each other and remember: sprint to flee.

Is it stable ?

There are 4 know bugs for now:

• you can't attack while sprinting
• the text doesn't scale with the screen resolution, for hig res display it will be very small.  (1920x1080 works well with it)
• AI will try to be "inside" you , they don't do collision avoidance on the player
• At the start, the level take a lot of time to be responsive on slow computer, but inputs aren't disabled so you might skip a few dialogue.

Controls:

 It was designed for a french keyboard so controls might be super hard if you don't use one (or an OS keyboard layout).

Player 1 :

• Z : move forward
• Q: left
• D: right
• S: back
• A: attack
• F: sprint

Player 2 :

• O : advance
• K: left
•  M: right
• L: back
• I: attack
• J: sprint
